V had unprotected sex last month on 18th august n just 1 day b4 sex that is on the 17th of august my periods had stopped soon after sex within half hour i had an i-pill(Emergency contraceptive),den i had my periods date on 18th september but its past 7 days & i did not get my periods as yet & there is a cloudy white watery discharge from both my nipples from past 5 6 days,can i b pregnant?

Frankly, yes. I took an emergency contraceptive not long ago and it was symptoms like yours my doctor warned me of. At any rate you SHOULD take a pregnancy test about a month after any emergency contraceptive, so do so straight away!
