Is it possible that she is to small for sex?

So my wife and I have been married for 3 weeks now we tried to have sex on are wedding night and it hurt her a lot and she bled a lot. Then we were going to try a few days latter and she said she was still in pain and that she was to small for me to fit inside her.
She had me fill and the opening is very small. She thinks that there is something wrong with her and that she is to small. She had tired to stretch the opening out before we got marred because of a book I gave her but that hurt her and she stopped.

Now she think there is something wrong with her. I told her, there is nothing wrong and that the opening just needs to be slowly stretches and worked. But I have not wanted to try to stretch it because I am afraid to hurt her. Is it possible that she is to small for sex. I really don’t know what is going on. It is her body but she is too shy to even look at herself and I don’t know what to do. Any ideas

You just need to warm her up first. Have you tried oral sex? I suggest starting with that and seeing if she isn't more able to have sex after you have performed oral sex on her first.
